How do I use my e-ticket?
Does Skypenida have your own counter for e-ticket exchange?
No. You must exchange your e-ticket directly to the boat counter according to the boat you ordered. The name of the fast boat is already listed on your e-ticket.
I don't know the location of the boat counter to check in. Can you tell, please?
Can I use the e-ticket directly to board the boat?
No. You must exchange it for a physical ticket in advance to our partner boat counter at least 30 minutes before departure time.
I have made an order and payment but have not received an order confirmation or e-ticket. What should I do?

What if I arrive late?
You can join the next departure with the same boat at no additional cost, if there are still seats available. For this case, you can immediately confirm first to the boat clerk at the counter to check seat availability or you can contact us on WhatsApp. Please understand that there will be no refunds for late arrival. I have made a booking but my departure date is wrong. Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change the wrong departure date with the new one if there are still seats available on your new departure date. Please contact our customer support team to make changes to your order. Click here to contact us on WhatsApp.
I filled in the wrong passenger name, can I submit a name correction?
You can do name correction by contacting our customer support team. We will need some information related to your order such as Booking ID, email, proof of payment, and the name of the passenger you want to correct. Click here to contact us on WhatsApp.
If my e-ticket is more than one passenger, can I cancel only one passenger?
